Here's What Others Had To Say About Their Lick Mats

No More Bolting
"My rescue dog has always been a wreck at bath time — shaking, trying to bolt, the works. A friend suggested a lick mat, so I stuck this one to the tub wall with peanut butter before turning the water on. She barely noticed I was washing her. We went from a 30-minute ordeal with two people to a 10-minute solo bath. I've since used it for nail trims too, and it works just as well. Honestly changed the whole dynamic."

Always Handy
"My guy used to inhale his food in under 20 seconds, then act starving. Since using this mat with wet food, he takes nearly 5 minutes and seems genuinely satisfied after. His digestion is noticeably better too — less gas, fewer upset stomach mornings."

Super Durable
"I bought this for my cat after she started over-grooming from stress. I spread a thin layer of Churu and stuck it to the fridge. She's obsessed. It slows her down, keeps her mentally stimulated, and she seems calmer the rest of the day. Genuinely impressed."

Suction Cups Work
"The suction cups actually work — this is my third lick mat from different brands and the first where I don't have to reattach it every minute. My dog pushes hard and it stays put on our tile floor. The silicone also feels higher quality than mats twice the price."

Skeptical to Believer
"I was skeptical that this mat would make a real difference for my anxious rescue. During the last thunderstorm I loaded it with yogurt and frozen blueberries and she barely reacted. She spent 15 minutes licking and then curled up and went to sleep. Thunderstorms are no longer a two-hour ordeal."

From Nightmare to Dream
Nail trim day used to be a nightmare. We'd wrestle for 20 minutes and still not finish. Now I stick this to the floor with peanut butter and she's completely focused on it. I can do all four paws uninterrupted. This thing paid for itself on the first use."

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this mat actually safe for my pet to lick directly?
Yes, it's made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone — the same material standard used for human food storage and kitchen tools. It contains zero toxic materials, so every lick is completely safe. Grab yours and feed with confidence.
Will the suction cups really hold when my dog pushes against it?
Yes — 77 high-strength suction cups create a grip strong enough to hold even on vertical glass and refrigerator surfaces under active licking pressure. For best results, use on smooth surfaces and lightly dampen the contact area. Don't let a sliding mat be the reason you skip this.
Is this mat actually easy to clean, or will peanut butter clog the grooves?
Yes — the mat is fully dishwasher-safe, and for stubborn grooves a 10-minute soak in warm soapy water followed by a quick brush clears everything out. The food-grade silicone doesn't hold onto residue the way rubber or plastic does. Clean mat, clean conscience.
Will this actually help my anxious dog, or is the calming effect marketing hype?
Yes — licking is a natural self-soothing behavior that triggers endorphin release in dogs and cats. Using the mat consistently during stressful triggers (baths, storms, vet visits) trains pets to associate those situations with calm rather than panic. Thousands of pet owners report measurable changes. Try it and see the difference firsthand.
Is this durable enough for larger, stronger dogs?
Yes — the 100% silicone construction is heat-resistant and freeze-safe, and customers with large, strong breeds report it holding up well to heavy use. Note that it's designed as a lick mat, not a chew toy, so supervise your pet during use to maintain longevity. Order today and give it a real test.
